General Manager Job in Solihull 

Salary: £32,000–£34,000 + bonus potential

Location: Solihull

Hours: Full-time (40 hours)

We are looking for a general manager to take charge of a busy, independent sports bar in an affluent area of Solihull. If you’re a general manager who enjoys working in a hands-on, sociable environment and has a passion for driving performance, this is the role for you.

As general manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, handling bar and food service, and working closely with the owner to grow the business.

The general manager will be expected to manage rotas, stock, cash handling, and compliance with licensing and health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a general manager in Solihull who has experience running a high-volume bar or pub-style venue, is confident training and motivating staff, and can work the floor and bar with confidence during busy periods.
