We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to join a luxury 4-star hotel set within beautiful parkland, where you’ll play a key role in leading a friendly and professional team across busy restaurant and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 7–15 staff members across food and beverage operations
- Ensure smooth service delivery across both daytime café-style and evening bar/entertainment environments
- Provide excellent guest service and uphold brand and service standards at all times
- Support management with shift planning, training, and development of the team
- Take responsibility for leading shifts independently, particularly during evening operations
- Promote a positive and engaging work culture focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting
- Confident in managing teams and maintaining high service standards during busy periods
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Full flexibility, including weekends and public holidays (including Christmas Day)
- Must be able to drive due to the rural location and late shift finishes
Work Environment & Shifts:
- Day shift: 9 AM – 5 PM (coffee shop and light food service)
- Evening shift: 5 PM – 1 AM (bar and live entertainment service, up to 280 covers)
- 40-hour contract with a mixture of day and evening shifts on a rota basis.
