Chef De Partie Job

Location: Worksop
Salary: £13.64 per hour + Tronc
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, weekends required

About the Role:

You will be working in a large, high-quality hotel kitchen serving a wide range of guests daily. The kitchen operates across multiple sections, including grill and larder, and prides itself on delivering food to consistent brand standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to specification.

This role suits a Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment while still taking pride in food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to brand standards
  • Run and maintain a kitchen section during service
  • Work across multiple sections including grill and larder
  • Ensure high levels of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Support the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver smooth service
  • Maintain stock control and correct food handling procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
  • Able to work across multiple sections
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Passionate about food quality and consistency
  • Comfortable working in a branded, structured kitchen environment
  • Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts
