Location: Chester, Cheshire, UK
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: 12:00–22:00, including weekends
Shifts: Ad hoc and ongoing cover available

Our clients are well-established gastro pubs across Cheshire, known for serving fresh, seasonal food in a fast-paced but well-organised kitchen environment. These venues focus on quality, consistency, and good service, offering a great working atmosphere for experienced chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
• Working efficiently during busy services
• Maintaining food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation
• Supporting the kitchen team as required
• Adapting quickly to different kitchen environments
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Gastro Chef, Chef de Partie, or strong all-rounder
• Confidence working with fresh food in a gastro pub setting
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to accept ad hoc shifts
