We are a respected 4-star hotel located in the heart of Hereford, known for delivering quality service and excellent food. With a kitchen team of over 30 chefs, we pride ourselves on preparing all dishes from fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards throughout every service. Our team works cohesively in a well-structured environment, handling 200–400 covers daily.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay: £12.44 with live-in accommodation, or £14.35 if living out

- Early Finish: Last sit-ins at 8pm – typical finish time around 9pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
- Prepare and cook fresh ingredients to order
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Support junior team members and assist in daily kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role within a fresh food environment
- A genuine passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
