Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 | Full-Time (45 hours) | 28 Days Holiday | 2 Days Off

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Chef de Partie who is eager to develop their craft and contribute to our kitchen’s ongoing success. We are willing to train a chef, but they must have fine dining experience and be willing to learn and grow within this business.
What We’re Looking For:

A motivated and forward-thinking chef ready to push for greater success

Experience at Chef de Partie level, working with fresh ingredients, seafood, and fine dining Spanish cuisine

Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency

Willingness to learn and contribute to stock and cost control

A solid understanding of day boat catch and wild catch

Commitment to maintaining high health & safety and food safety standards

Must have a genuine love for cooking with fish and game birds—and be comfortable tasting and appreciating these ingredients

Previous experience in an independent fine dining background is highly desirable
