Chef de Partie – Worcester
Location: Worcester
Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (No late nights)
Holidays: 7 weeks annual leave
St. Richard’s Hospice is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team, preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, families, and staff in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh, well-balanced meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Ensure high food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Work closely with nurses, dietitians, and carers to provide appropriate meal options.
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to catering.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a small, supportive team.
- A commitment to maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.
