Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and executing dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations, including menu development and stock control.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members, fostering growth within the team.
  • Assisting in creating a memorable dining experience for hotel guests and visitors alike.
