Contract Type: Temporary (ad hoc shifts)
Hours: 10:00–14:00
Duration: Ongoing temporary cover
About Us:
Are you an experienced Catering Assistant looking for a flexible opportunity? KSB Recruitment is excited to be working on a role where you’ll support a hardworking kitchen team in schools across Huntingdon, helping provide nutritious meals for students in a professional and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and drinks efficiently, following school meal guidelines.

Assist with setup and clearing of dining areas and school events.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and service areas.

Support daily kitchen operations, including portion control and stock rotation.

Work as part of a team, providing excellent customer service to staff and students.
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the updated service.

Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (training can be provided).

Positive, flexible, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to follow Health & Safety standards and work well in a team.

Flexibility to cover ad hoc shifts as required.
