Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 4 nights per week | 9:00pm – 6:00am

Are you a friendly, reliable bartender who enjoys working in a lively late-night environment?
We’re recruiting for a Night Bartender to join a busy and well-established gentlemen’s club in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming team where customer service, professionalism and creating a high-quality guest experience are at the heart of everything you do.
Working 4 nights per week, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service throughout the evening, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, professional and memorable experience in a premium late-night hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage positively with guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Follow all licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Help create a welcoming, professional and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working behind a bar or within hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working night shifts, weekends and busy trading periods.
- A team player who enjoys working with others.
- Personal Licence is advantageous but not essential.
