Barista Required – High-Performance Team Environment
We are seeking an experienced and confident barista to join a professional, fast-paced workplace supporting a world-class motorsport team competing in the Formula One championship.
This is a unique opportunity to work within an elite sporting environment where precision, energy and performance are part of everyday life.
The role
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee to team members and guests
- Maintaining consistency and excellent presentation standards
- Managing workflow efficiently during busy periods
- Working independently while upholding a professional environment
Working hours
- Weekdays only
- Flexible hours depending on operational requirements
- Some weeks approximately 14 hours
- Other weeks up to 40 hours
Start date
- Starting 9th March
- Opportunity to begin earlier to work alongside the current barista for a smooth handover
About you
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident in your ability and comfortable working independently
- Professional, reliable and personable
- Committed to delivering consistently high standards
