Whether you have supervisory experience or are eager to grow into a management role, this position will provide the hands-on experience and support needed to progress.
As a Trainee Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and the existing Assistant Restaurant Manager, gaining experience in all aspects of running a successful venue. This includes team leadership, customer service, stock control, and operational efficiency. You will also assist in managing events, making any experience in this area valuable.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service
- Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Learn and apply key business skills such as stock control and cost management
- Handle customer queries and contribute to resolving issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Gain experience in staff training and development
- Assist with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to develop leadership skills
- Some experience in a restaurant role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management or a Food Hygiene Certificate) are beneficial but not essential
