KSB Recruitment are a specialist recruitment company located in the West Midlands. We have been selected to recruit for a Marketing Assistant to work at our clients Head Office in Shirley, Solihull.
Our client is looking for this ambitious Marketing Assistant to work across all of their brands to ultimately drive footfall to their restaurants.
The ideal Marketing Assistant will be confident and able to work independently though they will receive support from a Marketing Consultant whilst reporting directly to the Director of the company.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Able to assist/create a marketing strategy and campaign plan for the business
- Excellent organisation skills and communication skills – Personality is key!
- Confident to engage with Manager and clients; brief Restaurant Managers on new initiatives within the restaurant.
- Create and maintain for seasonal and annual calendar of events
- Build a strong social media presence
- Write content
- Identify and engage with corporate leads
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- One years’ experience within a similar role
- Have a track record of delivering online campaigns
- Results orientated and data driven
- Exceptional written communication
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline advantageous but not essential
