I have had the pleasure of working with KSB Recruitment Consultants for a number of years whilst working in a variety of catering establishments. I now own a number of hotels and restaurants to which I still continue to utilise the services of KSB.
In 2003 I was appointed General Manager of Stanley Casinos Star City, Birmingham, a brand new casino (at the time the largest in the UK) of which it was my responsibility to set up from conception and manage.
